Your mental health matters. And so does your access to care.

At Naseeha Mental Health, we know how hard it is to ask for help, especially when therapy feels out of reach. Whether it’s the cost, the stigma, or simply not knowing where to begin, too many people are left to struggle in silence.

We provide 8 to 12 fully funded therapy sessions for eligible Muslims who are navigating life’s challenges but can’t afford the support they need. Each session is delivered by supervised intern therapists, Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying), who are trained to listen with empathy, cultural awareness, and care.

Who This Is For

This program is ideal for:

  • Low-income individuals or families

  • Unemployed or underemployed Muslims

  • Anyone who qualifies financially and has a case suitable for intern therapists

Please note: While we want to help as many people as possible, this program is limited to clients whose mental health needs can be managed by student therapists under supervision. Cases involving high risk (e.g., suicidal ideation, severe PTSD) may be referred elsewhere for your safety.

Why We Offer It for Free

Because therapy should never be a luxury.

Every session is funded by generous donations from people who believe that mental health support is a right, not a privilege. Naseeha’s goal is to break barriers, normalize seeking help, and create a space where healing is possible for everyone.

We don’t profit from this. We serve.

This is how we give back to our community.
