Our free therapy program is for individuals who meet the low-income eligibility requirements in Canada.
Please submit a free therapy registration form to determine your eligibility and our team will contact you.

Our Income-Based assistance program is for eligible individuals that can get therapy at a reduced rate, based on a sliding scale.
Please submit a financial assistance registration form to determine your eligibility and our team will contact you.

For low cost therapy, please email us at counselling@naseeha.net with the subject line as Low-Cost Therapy.

We offer a $100 per session therapy cost for students in university. For those who would like to book a low-cost therapist, you can email us at counselling@naseeha.net.

Naseeha Mental Health now offers free and low cost therapy for Muslims seeking mental health support. The therapy program offers compassionate and culturally sensitive care that is grounded in Islamic values as it is delivered by experienced Muslim professionals who tailor support to the needs and well-being of the Muslim community.

Ruh Care is our partnering Muslim mental health and therapy platform focused on providing culturally responsive and Islamically aligned care for the community. Ruh care is partnered with Naseeha to take on clients for individual therapy, couples counselling, family therapy, and child/teen support etc., outside of low cost and free therapy.

You are always welcome to take on a consultation, if not a good fit, you can pick another. Even if you start your sessions, you're free to find another if they don't meet your needs.

We accept our out-of-pocket payments and insurance. A credit card is mandatory to have on file. We offer invoices for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you are eligible for direct billing with Naseeha, you will be contacted by our team.
