  • Real growth happens with being uncomfortable, with pushing yourself, setting boundaries, and investing in your healing each day. I believe every person has the strength to overcome their struggles. My work is rooted in compassion, and I guide my clients through anxiety, depression, postpartum struggles, burnout, and relationship issues using a flexible and personalized approach. With a strong understanding of intergenerational trauma and personal healing, I walk alongside clients to help them grow and transform.
