Asad Ali Asad is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Health Promotion and is currently completing his Master of Pastoral Studies in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy. With a strong background in Islamic education and years of experience as a peer counselor with Naseeha, Asad brings a spiritually conscious and culturally relevant lens to his work, particularly with Muslim men struggling with addiction and emotional challenges.

• About Me

  With over a decade of experience in health, wellness, and mental health, I support Muslim men and women through struggles related to addiction, anxiety, and spiritual imbalance. My experience with the Naseeha Helpline and Purify Your Gaze has shaped my understanding of the Muslim community’s needs. I focus on developing resilience and alignment with faith and values while helping clients overcome complex challenges like pornography and sex addiction, betrayal trauma, and identity issues.

  I use an eclectic and spiritually integrated approach, drawing from:

  • IFS (Internal Family Systems)

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Systemic Therapy

  • Islamically Integrated Psychotherapy (TIIP model)

    My focus is holistic, addressing the connection between the mind, body, and soul. Therapy with me is flexible, faith-aware, and grounded in spiritual values.

  Free 15 minute consultation

  Individual Therapy: $160

  Individual Therapy EXTENDED: $230

  Couple / Family Therapy: $200

  Couple / Family Therapy Extended: $290

  Sliding Scale:

  Our Income-Based assistance program is for eligible individuals that can get therapy at a reduced rate, based on a sliding scale.
