  • With experience in academic institutions, global humanitarian work, and faith-based communities, I am passionate about destigmatizing mental health within Muslim and BIPOC populations. My work bridges psychology and Islamic perspectives to help individuals navigate anxiety, identity, life transitions, and family challenges. I have developed and delivered wellness programs locally and internationally, supporting diverse communities through public education and counseling.

  • I use a trauma-informed, integrative framework combining:

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

    • Attachment-Based and Family Systems Therapy

    • Mindfulness-Based and Strength-Based Approaches
