Halit holds a Master’s degree from the University of Toronto and is a qualifying member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). He brings 25 years of experience and is known for his integrative and compassionate approach to emotional wellness. He helps individuals and families work through anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, and self-understanding using client-centered and evidence-based therapies. He speaks multiple Turkic languages and welcomes clients of all backgrounds.

    • EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) for relationship and emotional bonding

    • CBT and Cognitive Restructuring for reframing thought patterns

    • Mindfulness and Emotional Regulation techniques

    • Trauma-Informed Care, Narrative Therapy, ACT-informed practices, and Motivational Interviewing

    • Relational approaches including Attachment Theory, Systems Thinking, and Developmental Therapy

      He also provides psychoeducational resources and personalized client homework.

    Sliding Scale:

    Our Income-Based assistance program is for eligible individuals that can get therapy at a reduced rate, based on a sliding scale.
