  • Are you feeling overwhelmed by racing thoughts, self-criticism, or the weight of unrealistic expectations? Whether you’re navigating long-standing mental health concerns or seeking support for maintenance and personal growth, I offer a safe, empathetic, and judgment-free space to explore your inner world.

As a visible minority and Muslim woman of South Asian descent who wears the hijab, I deeply understand the unique challenges faced by individuals from marginalized communities. Together, we’ll work to identify the barriers that stand in the way of your healing, always centring your voice, values, and experiences in the therapeutic process.

  • My therapeutic style is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive care. I draw from a diverse set of tools and frameworks, tailoring treatment to your specific needs and goals. I use an intersectional lens to help you explore how your identities interact with your present mental health challenges.

Our sessions will focus on building self-awareness, strengthening emotional resilience, and promoting long-term self-growth. Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and attuned to your lived experience.
