  • With two decades of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across age groups and cultural backgrounds. In Canada, I’ve worked as an EFAP virtual and telephonic counselor, helping people navigate anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, parenting challenges, and life transitions. My approach is inclusive and compassionate, with a strong commitment to affordability, privacy, and culturally sensitive care.

I’m particularly passionate about supporting immigrant families and youth in the Peel region as they adapt to new environments while managing emotional health. I offer a non-judgmental space where healing can begin—on your terms, at your pace.

  • I use a solution-focused and trauma-sensitive framework, including:

    • OAAT (One-at-a-Time Therapy)

    • Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)

    • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

    • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

I provide services in multiple languages to support accessible care and am open to offering a sliding scale based on need.
