I’m passionate about reducing the stigma that often surrounds mental health in Muslim communities. My own experience growing up as a Pakistani in Canada shapes the way I show up for clients—with care, cultural humility, and deep listening. I support individuals dealing with the emotional weight of grief, disability, and chronic health struggles. This work is not only professional—it’s personal, and rooted in my commitment to community healing.

I take a trauma-informed and anti-colonial approach, integrating spiritual, emotional, and relational dimensions of care. I offer a faith-aware space where your pain is never minimized, and your healing is respected at every step. My practice includes elements of narrative therapy, psychospiritual reflection, and culturally sensitive dialogue tailored to your lived experiences.
