Hi, I’m Khadija. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to reach out for help, so my priority is to offer a space where you can simply be yourself. Whether you’re processing change, emotional pain, or identity struggles, I’ll move at your pace. You won’t hear things like “You’re overthinking” or “Your story is too heavy”—because your emotions and experiences matter. I’ll meet you with curiosity, not judgment.
-
I practice from a narrative, cognitive behavioural, and arts-based therapy perspective. This may involve talking, but it could also include drawing, writing, or movement—especially when words aren’t enough. I’m culturally sensitive and faith-aware, and I work with deep respect for your values, beliefs, and identity.
