My work spans supporting caregivers, facilitating support groups, and building resilience through therapy and community resources. With a background in medical social work and mental health outreach, I aim to help clients feel empowered and understood, while addressing stigmatized topics within our communities.

  Individual Therapy: $160

  Individual Therapy EXTENDED: $230

  Couple / Family Therapy: $200

  Couple / Family Therapy Extended: $290

  Sliding Scale:

  Our Income-Based assistance program is for eligible individuals that can get therapy at a reduced rate, based on a sliding scale.
