  • I am a Registered Psychotherapist with experience supporting BIPOC youth and women across academic, therapeutic, and community-based settings. My journey began in education, but I soon found my calling in therapy. I’ve worked with organizations such as York University, TDSB, Nisa Homes, and Naseeha Mental Health. My passion lies in helping people heal from past wounds, strengthen their identities, and grow through life’s most difficult transitions. I provide a safe, inclusive, and client-centered space where your needs and story guide our work.

  • I use a trauma-informed, strength-based, and culturally sensitive approach integrating:

    • Psychodynamic Therapy

    • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

    • Mindfulness-Based Interventions

    • Attachment-Focused Work

    • Solution-Focused Therapy

    • Self-Compassion Therapy

I also offer faith-based counselling upon request for Muslim-identifying clients.
